CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

Platform access creates binding agreement between user and operator. Terms take effect immediately upon first platform interaction. Modifications to terms occur at operator discretion with immediate effect upon posting. Continued platform use after modifications indicates acceptance of updated terms.

ACCESS ELIGIBILITY

GECKORA restricts access to individuals meeting minimum age threshold of 18 years. This requirement applies universally without exception. Platform use constitutes representation of age requirement compliance. Misrepresentation results in immediate permanent access termination.

PLATFORM CLASSIFICATION

GECKORA operates as social casino platform providing entertainment through casino-style game simulations. Platform involves zero real currency. All virtual elements possess zero monetary value and permit no conversion to currency or exchange for value. Entertainment represents sole platform purpose.

USER CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS

Users must maintain appropriate platform conduct. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, interference with platform operations, disruption of other users, and any actions potentially harmful to platform or users. Violations trigger immediate access termination without appeal option.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All platform content including games, graphics, code, text, and design elements maintains intellectual property protection. Content ownership resides with GECKORA or licensed third parties. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or derivative work creation is prohibited and subject to legal action.

VIRTUAL ELEMENT STATUS

Platform virtual elements including credits, points, and items possess zero value. No redemption, exchange, or conversion possibilities exist. GECKORA maintains ownership of all virtual elements. Users possess zero ownership rights to virtual elements.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Platform provided without availability guarantees. Technical issues, maintenance requirements, or other factors may affect platform accessibility. No promises regarding uptime, performance, or continued availability exist.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

GECKORA provides no warranties express or implied. Platform offered without guarantees of any nature. Users assume all risks associated with platform use.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

GECKORA and operators maintain zero liability for damages arising from platform use. This includes all damage categories: direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other. Users accept complete risk assumption.

ACCESS TERMINATION RIGHTS

Platform operators reserve rights to terminate user access at any time for any reason without notice requirement. Terminated users cannot return to platform.

PLATFORM MODIFICATION RIGHTS

GECKORA may modify, add, remove, or discontinue any platform aspects without notice. No obligations exist to maintain specific functionality or features.

GOVERNING JURISDICTION

Terms operate under applicable legal frameworks. Disputes undergo resolution through binding arbitration procedures.

Platform use indicates complete acceptance of these terms without reservation or modification.
